This site currently enjoys more than 50,000 visitors a day. I enjoy hearing from you, but it is obviously impossible for me to correspond with everyone. I also travel a great deal and when I'm on the road, particularly when I'm abroad or shooting in remote areas, I'm unable to be online on a regular basis.
I try and answer technical questions, but I can't respond to the following...
Printer issues. Diagnosing printer problems remotely is almost impossible.
Advice on what to buy. There are simply too many factors — from budgets to features — for this to be possible.
A good place to ask technical questions or to seek advice of different sorts is on the Discussion Forum. There are many knowledgeable photographers online there who can add their thoughts and options as well.

Please do not send me photographs. I'm not able to provide a Critique service.
Please do not send me any large attachments without asking first. I travel a lot, and when I do multi-hundred K files clog my mailbox.
